You know, we get gifts that we need, and others we want, but it is great when you get gifts that bring excitement. We continue to highlight the great gifts the Lord has given us through His people. This week we just want to give a great thanks to a couple that bring blessing and brightness to us all. It is Jimmy and Dawn coming to us from the White House. We thank you two for all the years overseeing the bulletin, giving us sound and music for praise and worship, as well as many other things as teaching, leading, and decorating like no other. Our roots of the Lord’s service go way back with this couple. Jimmy married into the Duncan family which connected to Roger Duncan a friend of Roger and Cliff’s, and they served the Lord together in christian bands. Jimmy became number one singer for a while, and moved into praise and worship with Cliff and Roger. Through their faithful years of service Jimmy became an elder and began to give us younger vision and encouraged us with Roger to always move toward excellence. This couple have had many hits from the enemy from family, health, conflicts at work from down sizing to attacks for taking a stand for Jesus. What we all love and look to is your great example, you always take it with a positive outlook and the joy of the Lord. We love you, thanks for all the blessings you bring, and I know your new year will be filled with HIS goodness and blessings. Like all the other gifts we can not tell it all, you not only work together for His cause, but are just great friends.
